Benefit Art Show and Sale: A Celebration of Creativity and Giving

This November, the Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa is proud to host a special Benefit Art Show and Sale, featuring the stunning work of artist, volunteer, and Center member Michael Seymour. Michael has generously donated his original paintings as a fundraiser for the Center, combining the beauty of art with the joy of giving.

Art That Inspires and Uplifts

Michael Seymour’s paintings are more than just visual delights—they are heartfelt expressions of creativity, perfect for bringing beauty and inspiration into your life. Whether you’re looking to adorn your own walls or searching for a meaningful gift for someone you love, these original pieces make a timeless addition to any space.

A Gift That Gives Back

Every painting purchased during this fundraiser supports the Center, helping us continue our mission of uplifting lives through spiritual teaching, community, and service. When you buy a piece of Michael’s art, you’re not only enriching your home or giving a thoughtful gift—you’re also contributing to the vitality of our community.

When and Where to View

The best time to view and purchase these beautiful paintings is on Sundays between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., when the gallery space is open for browsing. Take a moment before or after service to explore the collection and find a piece that speaks to you.

Celebrate Art and Generosity

This Benefit Art Show and Sale is a beautiful opportunity to celebrate creativity while supporting a cause close to your heart. Michael Seymour’s generous spirit shines through in each of his works, and your purchase helps amplify his gift by supporting the work of the Center.

Join us this November and discover the perfect piece to brighten your home—or someone else’s—while making a meaningful difference. We look forward to sharing this special event with you.

What I Love About Being a Volunteer - Mary Ann Granieri

"I’ve always loved using my talents to contribute in some way to my community. It brings me a sense of satisfaction and well-being to help create, nurture, and sustain a healthy spiritual community that in turn supports and sustains so many others, individually as well as those in our local and global communities. Volunteering at the Center has allowed me to meet new people in a way that’s been easy and fun. A spirit of camaraderie easily develops as we collaborate on a common goal. I’ve developed dear friendships with some of the people I’ve met volunteering. It’s also created an opportunity to work with and get to know many of the talented and hard-working staff and ministers who are so dedicated to this Center. My appreciation for CSLSR and for everyone who contributes to it has grown immensely as I’ve glimpsed a bit of what goes on behind the scenes. As I’ve been able to contribute and create by volunteering, I’ve also received much. I feel truly seen, valued, and appreciated....

What I Love About Being a Volunteer - Bette Smith

"I love volunteering at the Center because I get so much in return. I meet new and interesting people and connect with people I haven’t seen in years. I like working behind the scenes so I help Allan Yeager with some parts of the website which is a job I can do from home. I work in the bookstore where I’m surrounded by beautiful items for sale. And I love teaching classes because I have benefited so much from all the classes I’ve taken.  Coming to the Center for over twenty five years has changed my life. I love giving back my beloved Center that has fed me and helped me grow." -Bette Smith
