Days for Girls Project

Thank you, ladies, to all of you that joined us today for a very successful first Sewing Day for our Days for Girls Project. It was an honor and a privilege to work with each of you.

We completed 14 kits and have many more in process. Most of you expressed interest in getting together again soon for another day of sewing and assembly. I will check with Donna at the Center and see if we can schedule another Tuesday morning soon and I’ll let you all know. 

My goal is to complete 50 kits in the near future and ship them off. I hope you can join us again for more fun doing this satisfying work.

The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa (CSLSR) Jail Ministry is a team of dedicated volunteers who visit individuals incarcerated at the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility (MADF) where approximately 700 people await trial or retrial.
